Manbij continues to take in refugees

The number of refugees arriving in Manbij from various regions of Syria continues to increase daily.

The administration of the refugee camp in the west of Manbij has decided to move the camp to a larger area in the east of the city due to the constant increase in the number of people seeking protection.

The camp is now overcrowded due to the increasing number of displaced people, mainly from Meskene, Dêr El-Hafir, El-Xefse and the Raqqa region in Manbij.

Resim El-Exder from the camp administration said that the road works to the new site would soon be completed.

Îmam Mustefa also reported that the number of families in the camp has exceeded 450, but no help has come from international aid organizations. He once again called for support from the international community.
