SDF fighters launched an operation on Monday morning against ISIS gangs controlling Neim and Dele intersections in eastern Raqqa. The clashed continued until afternoon and eleven foreign ISIS members were killed and 37 surrendered to SDF forces.

SDF fighters raised their flags on the liberated intersections.

The fighting continues around the stadium and Weteni Hospital. SDF sources say it’s a matter of time that the city is completely liberated from ISIS.

SDF started final phase of the operation “Ednan Ebu Emced offensive” on Friday. This phase is named after the fallen commander of the operation to liberate Raqqa, Ednan Ebu Emced.
