Artists against trustees in Paris
An artistic performance was organised in Paris in front of the Turkish embassy to protest the dismissal of the HDP mayors of Amed, Van and Mardin.
Artists Juan Golan Elibeg, Voronique Rousset and Aurelia Gerardin presented their art performance and blocked the road in front of the Turkish embassy in Paris.
The artists who painted the HDP symbol on their bodies were confronted by police.
Police dragged the artists away from the street and proceded to their id checks. The same treatment was reserved to Sterk Tv French correspondent Yusuf Alkan who was filming the action.
