Swiss internationalist: In Rojava I saw how a society get together to change the status quo

A Swiss internationalist stood trial and was acquitted in a case opened by the Federal Department of Defence for “disrupting the defence of the country” and “serving in an army abroad”.

An internationalist who went to Rojava from Switzerland in 2015 to join the fight against ISIS, was acquitted by a court on 14 April.

He stood trial and was acquitted in a case opened by the Federal Department of Defence for “disrupting the defence of the country” and “serving in an army abroad”.
