Information and Communications Technologies Authority (ICTA) has banned access to the domain www.diha-news.link used by the Dicle News Agency (DİHA).

The explanation for the ban reads: “According to Act No.5651 and as a result of the technical investigation and legal assessment, this web site (diha-news.link) has been put under administrative measure with Information and Communications Technologies Authority decree dated 27/09/2016 and numbered 490.05.01.2016.-150313”

With this latest one, DİHA has been banned 46 times since July 24, 2015.
