Mehmet Emin Özkan (83), a seriously ill prisoner in Diyarbakır D Type Closed Prison, was hospitalized once again after his health further deteriorated.

It was learned that Özkan was taken to Diyarbakır Gazi Yaşargil Training and Research Hospital 4 times in 4 days.

 Özkan has been in prison for 25 years and has suffered five heart attacks and angiography 4 times so far. Özkan has many health problems, such as blood pressure, osteoporosis, kidney and intestinal disorders, extreme weight loss, hearing-vision deficiency, memory loss.
