The application was made on Monday by the lawyers of Kurdish people's leader Abdullah Öcalan, Mazlum Dinç, Raziye Öztürk, İbrahim Bilmez and Nevroz Uysal, to Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor's Office after the rumours shared on social media about their client’s health. Having received no answer to Monday’s application, the lawyers applied once again today for an urgent visit.

The application reminded that the only communication that could be established with Öcalan after a family visit on 3 March 2020 was the phone call Öcalan had with his brother on 27 April 2020. It was reminded that all communication applications made since that day were rejected.
