At least three men, including an Afghan national, were executed for drug-related charges in Ghezel Hesar Prison.
According to Iran Human Rights, at least three men were executed in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj on 15 November.
Two of the men’s identities have been established as Bagher Mohammadi Geravand and Nazir Mohammad, an Afghan national. The third man’s identity has not been established.
All three men were sentenced to death on drug-related charges by the Revolutionary Court. They were transferred for execution in a group of ten. There is no news about the fate of the other seven men at that time.
