The families of TMK (Anti-Terrorism Law ) victim children came to the Parliament before the discussion today at the Assembly Justice Commission about the law draft concerning TMK victim children. The parents will meet the representatives of political parties and express their demands.
Coming from Mersin, Siirt, Istanbul, Diyarbakýr, Adana, Þýrnak, Mardin and Antep, the families met in front of TBMM (Grand National Assembly of Turkey) Dikmen Door. They were warned by police that “they won’t be allowed in if they make a statement”. This is why they didn't make any statement to the press.
BDP Istanbul MP Sebahat Tuncel, Eðitim Sen General Secretary Mehmet Bozgeyik, Pir Sultan Abdal Cultur and Solidarity Association General Secretary Kemal Bülbül and Justice Inviters For Children were also there to give their supports to the families.
After BDP Istanbul MP Sebahat Tuncel talked to security authorities, families were allowed in the assembly. They will firstly meet the representatives of political parties and then hold a press conference in TBMM.
