Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan’s lawyers Cengiz Yurekli, Mazlum Dinc and Muharrem Sahin appealed to the Bursa Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office to visit their client.

All appeals by the lawyers have been rejected on grounds of “bad weather”, “damaged coaster”, “coaster repairs”, “State of Emergency” and “restrictions against convicts as per the Execution of Sentences and Security Measures Act No.5275”.

The lawyers had last visited Öcalan on July 27, 2011. This most recent appeal is the 761st since that date.
