Only the Democratic Autonomous Administration has provided aid to the refugees so far.
The El-Erîş Refugee Camp, located 35 kilometers from Hesekê city centre, was opened in June 2017.
There are over 9,000 people in the camp. They have escaped from the barbaric attacks of the DAESH mercenaries around Deir ez-Zor.
Even though the Democratic Autonomous Administration has so far managed to meet the needs of refugees with its own resources, these aids are insufficient.
In the camp where most of the tents are worn out and broken, the winter months rains have already begun to appear making things even more difficult for refugees.
Emne Eli told ANHA that the tents are too old and offer no shelter. She called on international aid organizations to help.
Mihunt Mesûd said that the rain hitting the region in previous days had actually penetrated tents. He underlined that only the Democratic Autonomous Administration has provided aid to the refugees so far.
Zahêr Xerbî, co-chair of the camp, said that the tents in the camp were almost all worn out and were no longer suitable for the winter months.
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees, said Xerbi, has promised that they will be meeting the needs of refugees and that all tents would be changed at the beginning of November and winter clothes would be distributed.
