The sit-in protest started by Emine Şenyaşar and her son Ferit in front of the courthouse in Urfa, has reached day 14. Emine Şenyaşar’s husband Hacı Esvet Şenyaşar and their sons Celal and Adil Şenyaşar were killed by relatives and body guards of AKP MP Ibrahim Halil Yıldız, in 2018, just before the elections.

The Şenyaşar family continued their search for justice by sitting in front of the courthouse in the morning hours.

Emine Şenyaşar said: "Where is justice? I want those who murdered my sons to be arrested. I will not leave this place unless they are arrested. They should arrest me if they want. I will not give up my search for justice."

The family's resistance in front of the courthouse barriers continues.
