Syrian worker lost his life as a result of an accident at work

Syrian Hassan Elali was working in the straw bale production business in Nusaybin. He lost his life as a result of an electric shock.

On Friday, 25-year-old Syrian Hassan Elali was working on a straw bale press machine in the Bakacık (Kinik) rural neighborhood of Nusaybin (Nisêbîn), in the province of Mardin (Mêrdîn), when he suddenly collapsed to the ground.

Elali's friends feared that the young man had suffered a heart attack, and immediately called in the medical teams. When the ambulance arrived, the paramedics determined that Elali had been electrocuted. The young man was rushed to Nusaybin State Hospital with serious injuries. However, he lost his life today, Sunday.

Elali's body was taken to the morgue for an autopsy.
