Three prisoners beaten by guards in Patnos jail
Three detainees in Patnos L Type Closed Prison were beaten by the guards. It was stated that two of the detainees had broken arms and beat marks on their heads.
Prisoners Bilal Babahan, Vedat Kalın and Ferit Kaşçı held in Patnos L Type Closed Prison were beaten by the guards.
Families who went to visit them reported that the detainees were handcuffed and beaten by dozens of guards.
According to the information received, two of the detainees had broken arms and had beating marks on their heads.
