The 9th anniversary of the Iranian regime's execution of revolutionaries Shirin Elamhuli, Ferzad Kemanger, Ali Heyderiyan and Ferhad Vekili was commemorated in Stockholm.

The action was organized by the Free Life Party of Kurdistan (PJAK) at Norrmalmstorg Square.

PJAK statement about the execution of the 4 revolutionaries was read in Kurdish by Amir Babakiri and in Swedish by Farah Bozcalı.

Ferhad Vekili’ sister, Sadie Vekili, condemned the executions of the Iranian regime and paid tribute to all the martyrs of Kurdistan. She said that the Iranian regime doesn't accept who lives differently and wants to silence those who think differently using pressure, torture and executions.

Sadie Vekili told ANF paid tribute to the sacrifice of Kurdish martyrs for freedom and commended the hunger strike carried out in both Kurdistan and Europe to demand the end of the isolation against Abdullah Öcalan.  

Noting the importance of supporting the hunger strike resistance led by Leyla Güven, Sadie Vekili urged people in Europe and Kurdistan to stand by the hunger strikers and support the resistance.
