In Cizre district of Şırnak where an uninterrupted onslaught by state forces continues in its 24th day, more civilians are being targeted and killed by Turkish troops every passing day.

Special operation teams opened fire on a family who attempted to leave their house in Cudi neighborhood by waving a white flag due to intensified tank strikes. The gunfire left 12-year-old Bişeng Goran heavily wounded by a bullet that hit him in the head. The family rushed the boy to Cizre State Hospital where he lost his lfie soon later.

A total of 32 civilians have been killed by Turkish state forces in Cizre during the last 24 days under a curfew.
