5 gang members killed, over 40 others wounded in Shehba

During clashes that erupted upon the attack of the Turkish army and allied gangs on Shehba region yesterday, 5 members of the gangs were killed and more than 40 others were wounded.

The invading Turkish army and affiliated gangs launched an attack on the positions of Jaysh al-Thuwar (The Army of Revolutionaries) by the Shehba Dam and the villages of Siruc and Merenaz to the south of Azaz at 11:00 Wednesday morning.

Jaysh al-Thuwar fighters immediately responded to the attacks, which resulted in clashes. 5 members of the gangs were killed and more than 40 others were wounded during the fighting here. A military vehicle of the gangs was also damaged.

Shehba Dam was liberated by Revolutionary Forces that include Jaysh al-Thuwar from ISIS gangs on 19 October 2016. The area is targeted by the Turkish army and affiliated gangs since.
