Clashes broke out around 08:30 on September 17, after soldiers arrived at the Kılilka area of Hakkari’s Kıhê (Ağaçdibi) village around 04:00 on the same morning.
YPS stated the Turkish army’s operation ended around 14:00 on the same day.
