After giving their testimonies in Diyarbakır Police Headquarters, the 24 teachers that had been dismissed from their positions and detained were sent to Diyarbakır Courthouse.

9 of the teachers were accused with “carrying out an activity on behalf of an organization” and arrested, and 15 teachers were set free on parole. Judges decided that 7 teachers be arrested and set 17 teachers free on parole.
