AKP-backed gang groups Al-Nusra, Ahrar Al-Sham and others operating with them have conducted mortar attacks against Sheikh Maqsoud (Şêx Meqsûd) neighborhood of Aleppo.

Attacks ongoing since last night are being carried out from the areas of Riya Kastîlo and Seken Şiqêf.

While the neighborhood has sustained a remarkable damage, combatants of YPG/YPJ (People's /Women's Defense Units) have responded to the attacks, which started clashes in the area.
