Attack on kolbers: Three seriously wounded

Three kolbers were seriously wounded when Iranian forces opened fire on them in Bane, Rojhilat.

Three kolbers (border porters) were seriously wounded when Iranian forces opened fire on them in the Bane province of Rojhilat (Eastern Kurdistan).

According to the Human Rights Organization, Iranian forces raked through kolbers (people who carry loads for money) on the Bane border and two kolbers named Mehdî Ehmedpûr and Karsaz Ezîzî were seriously wounded.

The wounded were taken to the hospital in Bane, where Iranian forces prevented their families from visiting them citing that the kolbers are under custody. The men are reportedly in critical condition.

In the Zelê village of Bane, another kolber named Adil Mihmedpûr was seriously wounded when Iranian forces raked through kolbers.
