Body parts of a Cizre victim sent to two different cities
It came out that the dismembered body of a man among the victims of the Cizre massacre were sent to two different cities in two pieces.
Despite the AKP’s attempts to cover up the massacre in Cizre, more evidence emerges of the savagery perpetrated against the victims who were murdered in basements where they had been trapped.
The majority of the bodies had been completely burnt and dismembered when were recovered from the scenes, for which reason only 101 out of 178 victims could be identified so far.
It emerged today that body of a male victim was similarly dismembered in two parts and these were recovered from the area separately. The part from the waist down was sent to Antep, and the upper part to Mardin State Hospital's morgue.
DNA samples taken from families are expected to be helpful for the identification of the body.
