As reactions rise against the invading Turkish state’s attacks against Başurê Kurdistan, a campaign has been launched to boycott Turkish goods.
Groups of activists came together in the Germiyan region and launched a new campaign to boycott Turkish goods. Activists will be working to have Turkish goods banned throughout the region. They are also issuing calls to boycott Turkish goods over social media and have held events on the streets for days explaining to people why they shouldn’t be using Turkish goods.
The activists say the people of Başurê Kurdistan should stand against the invasion attacks of the Turkish state in the region and hope to expand the solidarity network to avoid using Turkish goods.
