A blast has occurred as a Turkish military convoy headed on the highway between Amed and Bingöl provinces Thursday morning.

The blast occurred near Alibardak village of Sur district on the 45th km of Amed-Bingöl highway. While the explosion has reportedly left many casualties, a number of ambulances have been dispatched to the scene.
