Court orders to forcibly bring 7 HDP deputies to testify

Hearing of the 7 HDP deputies tried in the so-called “KCK Main Trial” has been held at Diyarbakır 2nd High Criminal Court today.

The hearing of the 7 HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) deputies, who are tried within the scope of the so-called “KCK Main Trial” and whose trial was suspended after general elections, has been held at Diyarbakır 2nd High Criminal Court today.

The HDP deputies standing trial, Group Deputy-Chair Çağlar Demirel, MPs Osman Baydemir, Dirayet Taşdemir, Ahmet Yıldırım, Besime Konca, Alican Önlü and Nadir Yıldırım did not attend the hearing.

The court has ordered that the 7 deputies shall be brought to court forcibly and the hearing was postponed to November.
