Court rules continuation of detention for Tuncel and Kışanak
During the first hearing, court has ruled the continuation of detention for Sebahat Tuncel and Gültan Kışanak.
The first hearing in the case against Democratic Regions' Party (DBP) Co-chair Sebahat Tuncel and Amed Co-mayor Gültan Kışanak was held at Diyarbakır 8th Heavy Penal Court today.
The court board has ordered the continuation of detention for both Tuncel and Kışanak who are among the politicians held hostage by the AKP government of the Turkish state.
