Curfew has been declared in 11 villages in Lice, Kocaköy and Hazro districts of Amed on the grounds that a military operation will be launched in the mentioned territory.

According to the related statement of Diyarbakır Governor's Office, the curfew began at 05:00 this morning and will remain in effect until a further notice.

The curfew involves;

Kayacık, Ortaç, Yalaza, Bağlan, Çavundur, Dolunay and Kabakaya villages of Lice,

Çitlibahçe, Sarıerik and Ormankaya villages of Hazro,

Boyunlu village of Kocaköy.
