Hakkari Governorate has declared a curfew in Tiyar, Hêşet and Gûzereş villages located in Geliyê Tiyarê (Kazan Valley) in Hakkari's Çukurca district.

While all the entry and exit points in the area have been blockaded, reports are coming through that Turkish army will launch an operation in the mentioned region.
