Curfew lifted but attacks continue in Suriçi where Elçi was killed
While the curfew in Amed's Sur district has been lifted early this morning, police teams have blockaded the street leading to Foor Footed Minaret where Elçi was killed in a shady armed attack two days ago.

Police forces continue attacking Suriçi neighborhood of Amed where Bar President Tahir Elçi was killed.
While the curfew in Sur district has been lifted early this morning, police teams have blockaded the street leading to Foor Footed Minaret where Elçi was killed in a shady armed attack two days ago.
Police also deny access into the neighborhood and subject the residents to ID and body control.
Besides teargassing and dispersing the people who gathered in the area, police forces opened fire on the neighborhood, from which no response came.
Presence of police teams and armored vehicles in the neighborhood continues.
