The AKP’s political genocide operations continue. Many people were detained during the genocidal operations in Dersim and Adana.

DERSİM

State forces raided several houses and offices in Dersim’s Pertek district and nearby villages. HDP Pertek District Co-President Kenan Makal and several party officials were detained during the raids.

ADANA

Police officers raided several houses in the Belediyeevleri, Küçükkırım and Altıocak neighborhoods of Adana’s Ceyhan district. 3 children named D.E., U.Ö. and A.K, and 8 adults Hüseyin Kaya, Haci Baysal, Yusuf Baysal, Emrah Aydın, Ömer Konuk, Cemal Timur, Mustafa Özer and Muzaffer Bahadır were detained during the raids. The reason for the detainment of these 11 people, who are being kept in Ceyhan District Police Headquarters, is their participation in protests.
