Kurdish journalist Evin Buldan, an editor of the Kurdish daily Azadiya Welat which was shut down with a statuary decree, and who has been serving as an editor of the Amed-based daily Rojeva Medya since, lost her life after suffering a heart attack in front of her house in Amed province Sunday evening. Buldan's body was taken to Selahattin Eyyubi Public Hospital's morgue with an ambulance.

The Kurdish journalist's body is now on the way to her hometown, Yüksekova (Gever) district of Hakkari where she will be laid to rest today.
