Êzîdîs from Rojava continue their visit in Shengal

Êzîdîs from the Hesekê region of Rojava continue their visit in Shengal where they will make a statement at the positions of YBŞ/YJŞ fighters today in solidarity against the attack and deployment of KDP forces in Khanasor town.

Êzîdîs from Hesekê that came to Shengal yesterday for solidarity with the people of Shengal and YBŞ/YJŞ resistance against KDP forces' attacks, have visited the Martyr Berxwedan /Martyr Dilgel Cemetery of Martyrs on Mount Shengal this morning.

'Şehîd namirin' [Martyrs are Immorta], ‘Jin jiyan azadî’ [Woman, Life, Freedom] and 'Bijî Serok Apo’ [Long Live Leader Apo] they chanted during their visit.

Speaking here, Serhildan Serkeftin on behalf of Shengal Martyrs Family Association and Shaha Sîno on behalf of Hesekê Martyrs Family Association commemorated the martyrs of revolution and resistance, and promised to follow in their footsteps. Serkeftin and Sîno also congratulated the March 8 for all women that resist and commemorated the fallen women fighters.

Describing the KDP's attack on Khanasor as betrayal, Serkeftin and Sîno stressed that they do not want a war here, the tensions should ease, and national unity should be strengthened. They stated that they would not allow an intra-Kurdish conflict to take place.

The mass visited 'The Leader's Garden' at the skirt of Mount Shengal after their visit to the cemetery, and they will make a statement during their visit to the positions of YBŞ/YJŞ fighters in Khanasor.
