A statement by the youths said: "We will enhance our struggle until the liberation of Leader Apo. Just like how the plans made by the enemies of Kurds on Rojava have failed, we Apoist youth will also foil these plans in East Kurdistan."
Demonstrators pointed out the genocidal attacks of the Turkish state against the people of North Kurdistan, and called upon everyone to step up the struggle in order for the defeat of the Turkish state's attacks and liberation of Öcalan.
Youths also drew attention to the Iranian regime's treatment of Kurdish political prisoners, saying: "The torture and repression executed against political prisoners must end. We state hereby that we will not remain silent on these practices imposed on Kurdish political prisoners like Zeinab Jalaliyan."
