Building of the Directorate of Culture and Tourism caught fire during clashes in Şırnak city centre today. While the cause of the fire wasn't immediately clear, six people in the building were injured.

State forces have started to attack Dicle neighborhood after blockading it with dozens of armored vehicles this morning. Clashes erupted in the neighborhood upon the attacks by Turkish forces that also damaged many houses.

While clashes spread to city centre, building of the Directorate of Culture and Tourism in Yeni neighborhood caught fire for an yet unknown reason. While the scene was intervened by fire squads, six people with injuries were taken out of the building and taken to Şırnak State Hospital.
