A roadside mine exploded as a civilian vehicle passed by on the road between Sediya village and Til Hemîs.

Heyat Îbrahîm (32), Neîme Nime (33) and a child called Hisên Ibrahîm lost their lives in the blast.

The second blast took place on Mercan road 18 km to the east of Til Hemîs. Two civilians died after the explosion of a roadside mine as a motorbike passed by.
