HPG guerrillas have conducted an action targeting a Turkish military unit performing road control in Doğanlı area on the road between Hakkari and its Çukurca district Friday evening.

At least 5 soldiers were killed and many others were wounded in the action, according to initial reports.

Ambulances have been dispatched to the scene amid reported clashes.
