Footage has been published showing HPG guerrillas destroy a container that belonged to the Turkish army in the Govend region of Hakkari’s Şemdinli district.

The footage published on Gerîla TV was taken on July 23. According to the information on the footage, guerrillas targeted the Turkish soldiers positioned in the Deriyê Pan area in the Govend region at 18:45.

The targeted container can be seen completely destroyed in the action. According to HPG, 7 soldiers died in this action. There were reports of Cobra type helicopters bombing the area, while Sikorsky helicopters transported the casualties.
