Gerilla TV released the footage of the sabotage action against a Kobra armored vehicle in Van’s Qelqeli (Özalp) road on August 19.

HPG Media Center had stated that as part of the Martyr Xebat Aktepe revolutionary initiative, guerillas carried out a sabotage action against a Kobra armored vehicle on Van’s Öcalp road at 15:30 on August 19. 8 soldiers were killed and Skorsky helicopters were used to evacuate the bodies of the soldiers to Wan after the action.

HPG Media Center refuted the claims of the Turkish media and stated that no soldier was wounded during the guerilla action.
