Gerilla TV released the footage of the recent guerilla action against Turkish soldiers in Amed’s Lice district on August 24.

On August 25, HPG Media Center had stated that guerillas carried out an action as part of the Martyr Çekdar Mahir Serbest Revolutionary initiative against Turkish soldiers near the Qılêdar village of Amed’s Lice district at 10:00 on August 24.

Guerilla units moved from two directions and destroyed 11 of the 12 Turkish army positions in the area. 17 soldiers were killed and 21 soldiers were injured during the guerilla action. Large amounts of guns and ammunition were also seized by the guerillas.
