More tanks and armored military vehicles have been dispatched from Ankara to Şırnak's Silopi district today.

Tanks and tank recovery vehicles from Ankara 28th Mechanized Infantry Brigade Command alongside construction equipment from Çankırı province are being dispatched to Şırnak's Silopi district today.

The military vehicles and tanks will reportedly be used by the Turkish army against guerrillas in the face of the ongoing losses the Turkish military suffers in the battle with PKK forces in Northern Kurdistan territory.

The Turkish state will apparently expand the invasion of Kurdish cities under the name of the prolonged State of Emergency.
