The HPG Press Contact Center issued a statement detailing the action follows: "When the Turkish invaders in the Girê Amediyê Resistance Area took action at 15:00 on 5 October, they were targeted and hit by the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla. One soldier was killed."
