Gerilla TV has released footage of the action in which guerrillas targeted the helicopter pad in Çukurca Land Forces Command Brigade on September 5.

The statement by HPG Press Office said: "We announced previously that guerrillas had targeted the helicopter pad at the Land Forces Command Brigade in Hakakri's Çukurca district at 17:00 on September 5. In the wake of this statement of ours, Hakkari Governorate as well as numerous military sources and war media outlets denied the report which they said was "totally fabricated".

The guerrilla unit that carried out the action, under challenging conditions, has revealed another lie of the Turkish state with the footage they recorded at the scene. The helicopters in the area were hit by guerrillas as is revealed by the footage contrary to the denial of the Turkish media and officials. We will continue to release footage of similar actions and balance sheets of war to reveal the reality of the war as an important and historic mission."
