The results of the general elections held on October 10 in Iraq and South Kurdistan and the political situation in the four parts of Kurdistan were discussed during the meeting.
The political and social issues in South Kurdistan and the Turkish invasion attacks against the region were the main topics discussed.
The politicians attending the meeting dwelled on the effects of the Turkish invasion attacks and the use of chemical weapons against the civilian population. The increasingly ongoing Turkish attacks and brutal actions were called crimes against humanity.
The politicians emphasized that there is a need for a concrete attitude towards the crimes committed by the Turkish state. They also underlined the necessity of national unity among the Kurds.
