Bismil district of Amed remains under police blockage last night since the imposition of a curfew earlier yesterday. While Turkish police and soldiers covered four neighbourhoods of the district with fire, four civilians were killed by the state forces. The bodies of those murdered were reportedly taken to Bismil State Hospital by the police.

soon after the imposition of a curfew in Rojava, Avashin, Fırat and Tekel neighbourhoods yesterday afternoon, police and special operation teams started to attack the people and covered the neighbourhoods, mainly Avashin and Rojava, with fire from armoured vehicles.

In the meantime, it is reported that police brought bodies of 4 civilians to Bismil State Hospital late in the evening. The bodies covered with blankets were reportedly brought from Rojava neighbourhood.

HDP DEPUTY: POLICE USE ISIS METHODS IN BİSMİL

Speaking about the incidents in the district, HDP deputy Lezgin Botan reported that among the murdered civilians brought to the hospital, one had been beheaded. He said Turkish special operation teams used the methods of the ISIS.

While tension remains high in the district, sounds of blasts and heavy weaponry are heard from the neighbourhoods where the curfew continues.

In the meantime, bodies of four people killed by police yesterday have been taken to Malatya Forensic Medicine Institution for post-mortem examination.
