HDP Amed MP Ziya Pir was detained by police in front of the Diyarbakır 3rd Heavy Penal Court after the trial of HDP MP Nursel Aydoğan he attended in the court Tuesday afternoon.

Forced court appearance has reportedly been issued for Pir who is being kept waiting for the prosecutor's decision.
