HDP Amed MP Ziya Pir who was taken into custody during last night's large-scale operation against the party executives, was referred to a court with a demand for his arrest after giving his statement at the prosecutor's office today.

The court issued a ban on leaving the country for the HDP deputy and released him on conditions of judicial control.
