Heavy clashes in Nusaybin
On the 41st day of the “curfew”, intense clashes continue in Nusaybin. Commercial buildings are being torn down in the district and Abdulkadirpaşa, Zeynelabidin and Kışla neighborhoods are under intense bombing.
The popular resistance in Mardin’s Nusaybin district has reached its 41st day. The intensifying clashes in the night have continued into the morning hours.
The state forces continue demolishing commercial buildings. The Smugglers Bazaar was set on fire in the night and the fire was put out by the fire department. Several shops in the bazaar were damaged.
Turkish forces' attacks targeted the shops in the centre of the bazaar where the clashes were less intense specifically throughout the night.
The district entered the new day with a new bombing spree. Intensifying attacks also continue in Abdulkadirpaşa Neighborhood.
