Heavy clashes are taking place on the Sewra village hill in southern Shengal which was targeted by an attack of ISIS groups in the early hours of Monday morning.

The hill was liberated by YBŞ/YJŞ (Shengal Resistance/Women's Units) as part of the operations to liberate the villages of Shengal on November 12. A number of ISIS members were killed or wounded during the fighting on this hill.
