HPG reports Turkish air strikes against guerrilla zones for two days
HPG Press Office reported that Turkish jets bombed several locations in guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones on May 19 and 20.
HPG (People's Defense Forces) Press Office reported that Turkish jets bombed several locations in guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones on May 19 and 20.
According to a written statement by HPG, Turkish jets shelled;
- the hamlet of Ranya Pirê in Xakurke area between 14.00 – 16.00 on May 19,
- Ranya Pirê and Kurê Mızgeftê foothills between 22.00 – 23.00 on May 19,
- Ranya Pirê hamlet between 13.30 – 14.00 on May 20,
- the surroundings of Şêranê, Yekmalê, Kanisarkê and Sermankê Kevn villages and the Deşta Kafya hamlet in Garê area between 10.00 – 12.00 on May 20,
- the areas of Sümbül and Girê Berxa in Zagros region between 10.00 – 11.00 on May 20.
