Turkish army is increasing its activities in Northern Kurdistan territory amid ongoing operations in some regions and preparations for more military campaigns in other areas.

Curfew has been declared in 9 villages in Mardin’s Ömerli, Artuklu and Nusaybin districts. This morning, Mardin Governorate declared a curfew in Ömerli's Sulakder and Aytepe villages, Nusaybin's İlkadım, Yavruköy, Büyükkardeş, Küçükkardeş and Akarsu villages, and Artuklu's Yardere and Ahmetli villages.
Local sources report that the Turkish forces are preparing to launch an operation and conducting searches in some houses in these villages.
On the other hand, there is an intense aerial activity in Dersim province. Several Sikorsky helicopters taking off from the 4th Commando Brigade in Gazik Neighborhood are moving towards the Nazımiye district.
